(ii) Sending You E-Mail:
In exchange for using HitsMojo.com, you agree to receive updates from HitsMojo.com and periodic offers via e-mail. In addition, we will send general news and announcements about HitsMojo.com and any other offers that we feel may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive these offers, you may log into your HitsMojo.com account and uncheck the Receive Messages From Admin. box. Due to this explicit agreement, any spam complaint made by you as a result of these mailings are completely null and void. If such a spam complaint interferes with the proper operation of HitsMojo.com in any way, you may be liable for any lost revenues suffered by HitsMojo.com.

(iii) Liability:
HitsMojo.com accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial or personal damage that might occur as a result of using our service.

(iv) Acceptable Use (Advertising):
You may not advertise any site which breaks frames, or which spawns more than two popups/popunders. Sites advertising adult content and/or pornography, hate, any illegal activity, software pirating, hacking or phreaking, or content not acceptable to a family audience are unacceptable for HitsMojo.com, and may not be advertised. You may not promote Hitsmojo.com at sites specified as unacceptable by HitsMojo.com.

(v) One Account Per Member
Only one account per person is allowed. We strictly enforced this term! Members with multiple accounts will have all all their accounts deleted and any cash deposit therein will be forfeited.

(vi) Disclaimer:
You understand that any claims made by HitsMojo.com, represents only potential results and DOES NOT guarantee what you may personally experience. The number of hits to your web site will vary depending on how many people sign up under your account and of the efforts in your traffic building organization.

(vii) Account Termination:
HitsMojo.com reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any account for spam, abuse of services, adult content and/or pornography, hate, any illegal activity, software pirating, hacking or phreaking, or content not acceptable to a family audience, or any other activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function of HitsMojo.com.

(viii) Account Rejection:
HitsMojo.com may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the network that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on HitsMojo.com's discretion. We DO NOT accept any web site which has adult content and/or pornography, hate, any illegal activity, software pirating, hacking or phreaking, or content not acceptable to a family audience or any other activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function of HitsMojo.com.

(vix)Changes To Our Terms Of Service:
HitsMojo.com reserves the right to change these terms whenever we wish and for whatever reason we feel necessary without any prior warning. You must comply with any new changes to these terms within 7 days of its posting on our web site.

MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HITSMOJO.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HITSMOJO.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.
